Organizations

The Organization Page provides a platform to manage organization information. You can filter, add, update, and even export organization data based on specific attributes.

Accessing the Organization Page

What : Access the Organization Page

Who : Global Admin .

How :

  • Go to https://tims.unhcr.org/ in your web browser.

  • Sign in with your username and password.

  • You'll be taken to the Home page after login.

  • Open the Organization page

Filtering Organizations

On the Organization Page, you'll find filter options to help you narrow down the list of organizations based on different criteria:

    Name: Enter a keyword to filter organizations by name.
    Status: Choose between "Active" and "Inactive" status.

Adding Organizations

To add a new organization:

  • On the Organization Page, click the "Add Organization" button.

  • In the "Add Organization" dialog, provide the following information:

    Name
    Email
    Website
    Telephone
    Director
    Status (Active or Inactive)
    
  • Click "Add Organization" to save the organization's information.

Updating Organizations

To update an organization's information:

  • Locate the organization you want to update from the list.

  • Click on update button .

  • Locate the organization you want to update from the list.

    Name
    Email
    Website
    Telephone
    Director
    Status (Active or Inactive)
    
  • Click "Save" to update the organization's information.

Exporting Organization Data

To export organization data:

  • Go to the organization page.

  • Use filters to display the desired organization data.

  • Click the "Export" button.

  • The system will generate a file (e.g., XLS) containing the visible organization data.
